Terms & Conditions:

  1. Under the laws of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor under 18 years old in the course of business. A participant would be asked to verify and confirm that he/she is aged 18 years or above.
  2. Photos and images are for reference only and may differ from the actual product.
  3. The personal data collected for this event (including name, email address, mobile number, and allergy info) will be used for matters directly related to menu production and booking fulfilment. Such personal data will be shared by Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) with catering service provider / appointed service provider.
  4. The restaurant service may be suspended if the black rainstorms signal, typhoon signal No. 8 or higher is hoisted. In this event, consumers will be contacted to re-schedule the booking date.
  5. For any wine or food allergies or intolerances, please communicate at the time of booking.
  6. Individuals, pregnant women, young children and the elderly with compromised immune systems and/or food allergies are solely responsible for the consumption of the products.
  7. HKTB are not obligated to provide ingredient information or allergen information and we cannot guarantee any of the products sold is free of allergens. If you have allergies, allergic reactions or dietary restrictions and requirements, please communicate at the time of booking.
  8. Bookings are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be cancelled and resold.
  9. HKTB reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
  10. HKTB reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes.

Personal Data Collection Statement:

  1. The supply of data by participant is entirely voluntary. However, failure to provide the data required or the data provided is incorrect, incomplete and invalid will result in delay or cancelation of the order. Data collected will be kept confidential and will only be shared with participating merchant / restaurant / appointed service provider.
  2. Each participant has the right to access his/her personal data and correct any incorrect data that is held by the HKTB. HKTB has the right to collect reasonable administration fee for handling any request for access of personal data. Any request on access or correct personal data should be made at least 7 working days in advance to the HKTB, please send your request to Programme Manager at hkwdf@mastermindevents.com.hk.
